As an artist, and a Christian, I love finding the beauty in the tension and seeing the honest parts of people come alive. In the romance of love, friendship, and even sorrow and mourning—if we search diligently—we can find a table where we can sit and dine with the meaning of life.

While I have always enjoyed photography, my passion has always been music and songwriting, so I never really saw it as “my thing.” Over the years, I found myself obsessing over the photos I’d casually take while spending time with friends. People, including myself, began to recognize a talent and passion I’d been keeping in my back pocket.

In 2025, I started taking this more seriously and started booking more formal sessions with my inner circle to build my portfolio and really find my heart within the craft. I learned we are all obsessed with the romance of humanity because it cries out for something deeper—something our souls long for. I think this is the beauty that portrait photography captures, and what really captivates people when it’s done well.
